Chicken Marseillaise

Ingredients:

1 2 1/2 to 3 pound broiler fryer, cut up
Kraft Catalina French Dressing
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
8 onion slices, 1/4 inch thick
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup wine or water
2 tablespoons flour

Method:

Brown chicken in 1/3 cup dressing over low heat. Add 1/4 cup dressing, tomatoes, onion and seasonings. Cover; simmer 45 minutes. Remove chicken and vegetables to serving platter. Gradually add wine to flour, stirring until well blended. Gradually add flour mixture to hot liquid in pan; cook, stirring constantly. Serve with chicken and vegetables.
