1 baked deep dish pie crust
1 small box sugar free strawberry Jello
1 box Cook and Serve sugar free vanilla pudding
2 cups water
1 quart strawberries, topped and sliced or cut up.
Jello, pudding mix, and water. Mix in saucepan and cook on top of
stove. Bring to boil and cook until thick. It will become clear.
Remove from burner and let cool.
With pastry brush, coat the inside of baked crust with the mixture and
allow to dry. This will keep the crust from getting soggy.
Add 1 quart of sliced strawberries with slightly cooled mixture. Pour
into crust, cover and refrigerate.
